We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with a character pack or Party Mode unlock, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the original purchase date.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 additional business days for the funds to appear in your account.
