7-Day Refund Guarantee

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with a character pack or Party Mode unlock, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the original purchase date.

What can be refunded?

  • Character packs purchased through the in-app store
  • Party Mode unlimited-access unlocks
  • Any other one-time digital purchase made on Apex Brawl

What cannot be refunded?

  • Refunds requested more than 7 days after the purchase date
  • Items that have been consumed, used, or significantly accessed (e.g., battles already played with unlocked characters)
  • Gift or referral rewards earned through promotions

How to request a refund

To initiate a refund, please contact us at support@apexbrawl.com with the email address associated with your account and your order details (date of purchase and item name). We aim to process all refund requests within 3-5 business days.

Refund method

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 additional business days for the funds to appear in your account.
