Certain features, such as character packs and Party Mode access, require payment. All purchases are final unless covered by our Refund Policy. Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to taxes depending on your location.

All content on Apex Brawl, including character art, text, logos, and software, is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission. Battle narratives generated by AI are provided for your personal entertainment and may not be republished commercially without authorization.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Service or other users.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. AI-generated battle outcomes are fictional and for entertainment purposes only.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apex Brawl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
